Managing Sales and Inside Sales Team in 2020 and 2021
This is a practitioners only session. This is an APAC event and all practitioners across other regions are invited.
This year as we know has disrupted all businesses including the formal sales eco-system of selling. There has been a blurred line of inside sales as all key members of organizations been moved to online engagements with structures and revenue models distrupted. With this, it will be beneficial for us to hear from an exclusive fireside chat with two industry veterans, APAC inside sales leaders and practitioners on on various of inside sales operations and directions as well as their view of 2021(new skills, new processes, new capabilities).

- 5 min - Introduction and chapter presentation
- 20 min - Fireside chat with 2 APAC Leaders
- 5 min - Q&A
This fireside chat will be conducted as a Zoom Meeting, meaning we will all have the ability to talk live, share our thoughts, challenges or experiences, and use our webcams for maximum interaction.
