I love people and I love to help. In my 28 years of sales & leadership experience, I have utilized Sandler Sales Training and a Certification from David Sandler himself. I started sales experience as a Sales Manager at Franklin Covey on the Ford Motor Project and gradually worked his way up through a Sales Trainer/Presenter position at Sandler Sales and then was appointed the National Sales Manager & Director for Microsoft CarPoint (Driveoff.com) where he supervised over 35 inside sales professionals. My passion for software came with being the National Sales Director at both Autoclick and Whisper Creek Log Homes. Within these roles, I was able to implement and oversee sales efforts and the sales automation tools and managing a team of 75 sales representatives using inside sales software. I was also the first non employee appointed to the Inside Sales Advisory board for InsideSales.com. I took my experience to help Toyota build an inside sales team and Business Development group, and managed over 100 employees. The latter part of my career I have been an industry leader in the Sales Engagement & Acceleration space. Focusing on Corporate/Enterprise Business and achieving – Presidents Club Achiever at InsideSales.com and as the Director of Sales at Outreach – 2019 Presidents Club Achiever for Outreach.io where I also served as a Member of Outreach SEAP Group (Sales Excellence Advisory Panel) Through using my diverse sales experience, I learned how to utilize multiple SaaS and other inside sales technology platforms to assist his clients in managing their sales teams effectively and see profound increased sales results. I have developed "the student" mentality and regularly utilize Customer Engagement Platforms, Sales Acceleration Technology, CRM, and Leadership and Productivity Management Training to further develop my professional and positive impact on the sales teams and processes I have been involved with.

I look to continue developing my sales and mentoring skills, as well as public speaking for small and large groups to have a positive impact on how companies organize their sales teams, provide positive mindsets, and integrate technology to have substantial increases in their overall sales results.
I am passionate about helping sales teams achieve their goals and reach their potential. I believe there is a science behind the art of selling, and spend my day providing the tools, training, and technology that allows salespeople to focus on their craft. I’m at my best when helping others, leading new initiatives, and providing education to sales teams working to improve their skills.
