Chad B. Rawlings has over 27 years of sales experience and has a Sandler Sales Trainer Certification from David Sandler himself. Rawlings started his sales experience as a Sales Manager at Franklin Covey on the Ford Motor Project and gradually worked his way up through a Sales Trainer/Presenter position at Sandler Sales and then was appointed the National Sales Manager & Director for Microsoft CarPoint (Driveoff.com) where he supervised over 35 inside sales professionals and achieved $2.5 million in sales per month. Rawlings next was appointment National Sales Director at both Autoclick and Whisper Creek Log Homes. Within his role at Whisper Creek Log Homes, he helped managed a corporate sales team that sold over $30 million in dealer investments where he managed a sales team of 75 sales representatives using an inside sales acceleration platform. In addition to this Rawlings was the 1st non employee appointed to the Inside Sales Advisory board for InsideSales.com. Due to the success with this, Rawlings then was appointed to be General Manger and Inside Sales / Business Development Admin at Bountiful Toyota Scion where he managed the insides sales team performance and daily operations of over 100 employees.
Rawlings served as both National Sales Director and Sales Acceleration Corporate/Enterprise Business Consultant – Presidents Club Achiever at InsideSales.com where he helped companies use their Global Leading Sales Acceleration Platform that uses science to unlock human potential. Most recently, Rawlings has served as the Director of Sales at Outreach – 2019 Presidents Club Achiever for Outreach.io where he served as a Member of Outreach SEAP Group (Sales Excellence Advisory Panel) and closed the largest deal in Outreach in 2019’s fiscal year. Through using his diverse sales experience, Rawlings has learned how to utilize multiple SaaS and other inside sales technology platforms to assist his clients in managing their sales teams effectively and see profound increased sales results. Lastly, Rawlings has regularly utilized Customer Engagement Platforms, Sales Acceleration Technology, CRM, and Leadership and Productivity Management Training to further develop as a professional and have a positive impact on the sales teams he has led.
In addition to Rawlings’ sales experience, he is also an entrepreneur and mentor in the greater Salt Lake City area.
Rawlings looks to continue developing his sales and mentoring skills where he speaks to small and large groups frequently with the goal to have a positive impact on how companies organize their sales teams, provide positive mindset to their sales teams, and integrate technology to have substantial increases in their overall sales objectives.
