Welcome to the 2021 Virtual Leadership Retreat!
During this session, we will start getting to know each other, our individual goals and reasons for participating in the Retreat, and clarify the challenges we are hoping to solve.
AA-ISP will also give a rundown of the agenda for the next two days as well as best practices for utilizing the Whova Event Platform.

15 minutes - Service Provider Briefing: an up-close look at Retreat Supporters
30 minutes - Mic Drop Moments: everyone is encouraged to think about one tip or "Mic Drop Moment" to share with fellow participants. This could be around productivity, tech favorites, remote selling, best WFH joggers... pick one thing to share and be prepared to take notes!

Keeping with the Retreat tradition of getting to know our peers and fellow leaders, participants will participate in one of three virtual evening activities!
At registration, you will indicate if you'd like to participate in this optional activity. As soon as the activity choices are available you'll be contacted to lock one in!
If you have ideas on a fun, virtual activity please send them our way! Our goal is to make the Retreat as interactive as possible! February activity options included a Virtual Escape Room, Virtual Painting Class, and a Golf Lesson!

The Personal Challenge Think Tanks is a Retreat favorite (ask any past attendee and they will tell you this is a session you won't want to miss)! During this time in a rapid-fire format, participants are separated into small groups where each person will have 10 minutes to pose a challenge or question, explain your challenge, and then receive priceless peer feedback and advice.

We will use the Whova Event Platform for networking, resource sharing, and agenda setting, but the actual workgroups will take place on Zoom. If you've attended a virtual AA-ISP event (or event a past Retreat) where we used Whova, you know the Community Board is a hot spot for sharing your challenges and helping to solve the challenges of others.
All leaders who are accepted into the Virtual Retreat will receive login instructions to the Whova Event Platform. App access is limited to accepted leaders only and will be your one-stop shop to help you prepare for the event as well as communicate with fellow leaders.
