The Virtual Leadership Retreat is back! Our February Retreat provided our leader community with such immense value and connection that we will be holding another event this June!

Our Retreat will bring together like-minded sales leaders who are invested in creating best-in-class teams as well as their own leadership development.

The Virtual Leadership Retreat is limited to practitioners who have leadership responsibility over Sales or a related functional area. Any senior leader from Manager to Executive looking to improve their efficiency, increase ROI, and streamline processes are encouraged to attend.

During this session, we will start getting to know each other, our individual goals and reasons for participating in the Retreat, and clarify the challenges we are hoping to solve.

AA-ISP will also give a rundown of the agenda for the next two days as well as best practices for utilizing the Whova Event Platform.

30 minutes - Mic Drop Moments: everyone is encouraged to think about one tip or "Mic Drop Moment" to share with fellow participants. This could be around productivity, tech favorites, remote selling, best WFH joggers... pick one thing to share and be prepared to take notes!

Personal Challenge Think Tanks

The Personal Challenge Think Tanks is a Retreat favorite (ask any past attendee and they will tell you this is a session you won't want to miss)! During this time in a rapid-fire format, participants are separated into small groups where each person will have 10 minutes to pose a challenge or question, explain your challenge, and then receive priceless peer feedback and advice.

LARGE GROUP SESSIONS
Each attendee has the opportunity to introduce themselves and their challenges to the group in hopes of making key connections throughout the Retreat that you can utilize during and after the event.
10-MINUTE KEYNOTES
Throughout the Virtual Retreat you will hear short, impactful keynotes inspiring both leadership development for you as a sales leader, but also around Inside Sales performance, and the importance of training and development for your team.
WORKGROUP TIME
These workgroups will focus on leadership/sales challenges or be designed for specific roles or industries to meet, discuss, and share. Each workgroup will be 45-minutes long and be led by a moderator to help guide the conversation in order to connect leaders who share similar challenges.
NETWORKING ACTIVITY
During registration, leaders have the option to select an evening networking activity. These are designed to bring our group closer together, laugh, and learn something new (not related to sales or leadership).
TOP TIP TAKEAWAYS
A Retreat favorite, the Top Tip Takeaways are a time to share with participants the tips you've learned and will take back to your organization. Oftentimes, these quick tips provide you with additional ideas you have missed during the event.
CHALLENGE THINK TANKS
In a rapid-fire format, participants share their top challenge with the group. Ask any past attendee and they will tell you -- this is a session you won't want to miss! Getting feedback from peers who are facing the same challenges is priceless.
HOW THIS WILL WORK

We will use the Whova Event Platform for networking, resource sharing, and agenda setting, but the actual workgroups will take place on Zoom. If you've attended a virtual AA-ISP event (or event a past Retreat) where we used Whova, you know the Community Board is a hot spot for sharing your challenges and helping to solve the challenges of others.

All leaders who are accepted into the Virtual Retreat will receive login instructions to the Whova Event Platform. App access is limited to accepted leaders only and will be your one-stop shop to help you prepare for the event as well as communicate with fellow leaders.
