In a complex entanglement of sales software and CRM reports, LevelEleven makes things easy and accessible, which is exactly what Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Directors need. This product helps motivate and pace our sales team by displaying just enough detail to give accurate snapshots on measurable performance with awesome features like coaching, captivating TV leaderboards, and engaging contests. And if there's not a feature we're looking for yet, the LevelEleven team is quick to create feature requests and keep us updated on roadmap items.
From beginning conversations 9 months ago all the way through 3 months of tool implementation thus far, the team at LevelEleven has provided exceptional service and support. I have worked closely with Brendan Hartt and Lauren McMichael, who are both extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, efficient, supportive, and a joy to work with. Their team is impressively organized, always ready to support us and never leaves a question unanswered. They are willing to put the time in to ensure our team has what we need and is prepared for what's to come, as well. Even though the tool alone was worth the purchase, the support team is what makes them stand out above and beyond!
