The Executive Retreat is our Profession’s most strategic gathering for Inside Sales Leaders.

Come together for three-days with a select group of 60 Leaders, Executives, VP’s, and Directors from some of the world’s most prominent companies to learn, share, and network.

Who Should Attend?

The Executive Retreat is limited to practitioners who have leadership responsibility over Sales or a related functional area. Any leader looking to expand their strategic knowledge while digging deep into several key challenges and topics should consider attending.

Why Attend the 2017 Executive Retreat?

The AA-ISP Executive Retreat provides the opportunity for Executives to come together in a relaxing environment to learn from each other during large and small group facilitated sessions.

During the three-day Retreat, participants are placed into small groups to address and solve a top challenge their teams are facing. Building up to the Retreat, participants help to develop the agenda by providing the AA-ISP feedback on their top challenge and desired area of personal focus for the event.

Top Challenge Workgroups

During small group work groups comprised of 12-16 executives, participants work through a top challenge facing Inside Sales Teams with the assistance of professional facilitators. Past challenges addressed include: Training & Development, Coaching for Sales, Tools & Technologies, Staffing & Development, Productivity Management, Sales Acceleration, and more.

On Thursday, during a working lunch, participants from each work group will present their findings during an interview style presentation to fellow participants. Interviews are recorded and available to AA-ISP members following The Retreat.

Solution Provider Briefings

Unique to The Executive Retreat, participants will hear from 8 leading solution/technology providers while in fifteen minute short sessions throughout the three-days. During this time, the solution providers provide an overview of their product or service and remain available throughout The Retreat to answer any questions you may have.

The Retreat does not feature a Technology Expo area, or specified demo times.

Event Agenda

Network & Share

The Executive Retreat offers ample opportunity to network with other executives while enjoying the scenic Napa Valley! Executives have the option to participate in group networking activities Thursday afternoon.

Golf

Network with fellow Executives during a round of golf on the South Course of the Silverado Resort Golf Course.

Cheese Making

Join an interactive class where you will learn to make ricotta cheese while enjoying locally crafted wine and artisanal cheeses. Participants will work in small groups to pour the milk, ladle and scoop the curds, and within 60 minutes share your cheese with the large group.

Winery Tour

Spend the afternoon with your peers participating in a private tour and tasting at the Rutherford Hill Winery. Participants will take a shuttle to the winery where following the guided tour they will have ample time to network and explore.

Location Information

The Executive Retreat will be held at the historic location the Silverado Resort and Spa located in the heart of the world-famous Napa Valley Wine Country. Located just an hour north of San Francisco, the Silverado is tucked away from the city allowing for participants to fully engage with fellow executives in a relaxing environment.

Travelers flying into San Francisco International Airport or Oakland International Airport have the option of car rental or a transportation service. Travel and lodging is not included in Executive Retreat participant fees paid to AA-ISP.

Rooms are available starting at $229 per night, plus $26.50 resort fee and 14% tax.
