Together we will dig into:

    • What makes a great design for a compensation plan and what things to avoid.
    • Revenue Quantity vs Quality - Driving behavior from your sales team that aligns with corporate goals.
    • Top Performers - How are we attracting and retaining?  What compensation strategies work?
    • Core Performers - Ways we are keeping the core performers engaged and moving up.
    • Disruptions to your "go-to-market sales plan" - how to adapt to the things including (competition, world events, economy, etc).

Session Format: 
Moderators will help guide the conversations around this topic by posing questions to participants for large group discussions. Bring your questions about this topic to pose to the group.
