PART II - 4 Month Check-In for Sales Leaders

On April 1st, as the COVID-19 pandemic moved our sellers and companies to WFH/Virtual Selling, AA-ISP and sales leaders from the community came together for a candid discussion on "Motivating Your Teams in a Remote Environment" (catch that replay here).

Four months have come and gone since this Roundtable and most (if not all) of our community is still WFH/Sell-from-Home. While we never imagined we would need a follow-up, here we are with our teams continuing to WFH/Sell-from-Home for the foreseeable future.

Feedback from our community continues to indicate the need for effective and consistent communication from leadership to their sales teams. Maintaining a positive culture as well as individual and team motivation is more important than ever.

It's time to get our leader community back together to learn from each other by sharing the challenges, hear what's working, and the sharing of new and creative communication strategies and remote leadership ideas.

We will learn together by:

Asking questions - Facing a leadership challenge? Bring your questions to this roundtable, ask them live and learn how others are solving this challenge.
Offering Advice - Is your team thriving right now? Join us to share your best practices and help fellow leaders solve their challenges!
Providing Templates - Enough talk, time for some community action! Leaders are encouraged to share templates or case studies that will help solve challenges and move business forward.
