Women hold just one in five sales leadership positions and only one in four midlevel sales manager roles. And, according to CEB / Gartner the percentage of women in frontline sales management has remained flat for more than 10 years. Leaders know that in today’s complex market, companies that hire, retain, and develop female sales professionals and leaders will attain a competitive advantage. Both men and women are encouraged to attend this interactive event. We will have an interactive conversation with participants sharing their inspiring stories and discussing strategies of leading organizations that attract and promote this vital segment of the sales profession.

After our panel discussion, starting at 7pm cst, we will have an additional 30 minutes of networking with our panelists and fellow attendees. The networking segment is optional to attend but we would love to provide the opportunity to continue the conversation following our panel discussion.
