In this fireside chat with Kat, we will go down several paths around revenue acceleration and learn about her experiences, successes, failures, and ideas. We will touch on a few topics below, but will focus real world examples that have helped Kat and her teams build success revenue organizations.
Kat started her career in policitcs, but dove into sales as an SDR. She quickly saw success and moved up the chain to AE, Team Lead, Director of Sales, VP of Sales/Marketing, and now VP of Revenue. She's done the work herself and is now leading leaders of the revenue organization and growing her company by leaps and bounds. She's participated both as a protege and mentor in GirlsClub, a non-profit organization focused on developing entry level female sales leaders. She's also helped launch Columbus Women in Sales whose mission is to support central Ohio professional women working in B2B sales.
