Are you leading a remote sales team? As the reality of WFH and dispersed teams continue to evolve, so do the ways we manage and motivate these remote sellers. During this discussion, hosted by the AA-ISP Pittsburgh Chapter, local leaders will share their ideas for remote performance management and motivation while also getting to know each other in small group breakouts.

The goal and mission of the Pittsburgh Chapter is to advance the profession in our local area and we encourage all registrants to invite other reps and leaders from their organization and local network as we build this recourse sharing local community.

The Format: 

This will be held as a Zoom Meeting where each participant will be able to turn on video, unmute, and talk with each other and utilize breakout rooms for networking and sharing.
