Will you return to the office full-time, or part-time? What about your team? Recent surveys from Morning Consult reported that 49% of respondents (who were born after 1980) said they would consider quitting if forced back to the office full time- and that was before the Delta variant became a risk.

The Format: 

This will be held as a Zoom Meeting where each participant will be able to turn on video, unmute, and talk with each other and utilize breakout rooms for networking and sharing.
