In today’s complex market, companies that create workplaces and environments that reflect the diversity of the world we live in, leaders who hire, retain, and develop diverse sales professionals will attain and maintain a competitive advantage.

During our conversation we will share and explore ideas to create an environment where everyone can thrive, think from the perspective that your team should not be adapting to a specific culture fit but for culture enhancement.

Our guest speakers have a balance of perspectives and backgrounds: it includes men and women, individuals from multiple cultures and nationalities, executives, sales professionals and leaders.
