Cold calling has changed drastically over the years, thanks mostly to technology. Companies are prospecting regularly through new tools allowing us to warm up conversations much easier. However, the phone is still very relevant and most deals can't close without phone conversations.

Not only with this session discuss some new cold calling realities, but we will be diving into some tools and practices that are enabling virtual sales teams from all over the world to connect with their buyers in ways they want to be engaged.
