Whether you are leading a team of sales and business development representative or sales account executives, measuring what matters keeps changing as our B2B market place is evolving every day. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the sales development teams as well as the sales account executive teams, their score card process, and overall impact and results. Sales activity, pipeline, sales results and compensation are a few of the items we will be discussing further with our esteemed panelists who will be leading the discussion.
