Join us at Bentley University for an afternoon session as we focus on the hottest topic at most companies right now - recruiting top talent and retention. Our expert panel will give you ideas and strategies to source, hire, and keep the best in a crazy Boston marketplace. Once You are at Bentley University, proceed to The Conference Center at Bentley University. Our event is located in the LaCava Center (building 52, 53), on the third floor. Parking is available in LaCava Lots L1 & L2 BUILDING DIRECTIONS: 1. The main entrance to LaCava is on the plaza between LaCava (building 52, 53) and Rauch (building 61). 2. Diagonal and to the left of the entrance, there is an elevator that you may take to the third floor of the building where the meeting rooms are. If you choose, there is a set of stairs on your right as you enter the small lobby area which will also take you to the third floor meeting rooms. You will see our reception desk as you step off the elevator or come to the top of the stairs. The attendant will happily provide you directions to your meeting room. Learn the do's and don'ts to attract more of the right candidates for BDR, SDR, and other sales rep roles. We will debate whether Grit matters more than grades. How do we find the right fitting, early career reps, that perform and stay longer. We use analytics in all aspect of our business, can we apply this to hiring? Network at the beginning of the event and the end of the event to meet students, job candidates, sales reps, and sales leaders.
