How do I book my hotel room for this event and how much do they cost?
  • AA-ISP's discounted room block has sold out. We may still be able to accommodate you, though! Please contact our Events Manager Jess Farmer directly to inquire about room availability. Click here to reach out.
Which airport should I fly into and is there a shuttle available to the hotel?
  • Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is located just 5 minutes from the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. A shuttle is available every 15 minutes (24 hours) departing from the Shuttle Center Door 1.

When does the event begin and end?
  • Full Summit Experience Pass Holders: 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 16th
  • General Pass Holders: 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16th
  • The event will conclude on Thursday, April 18th at 11:45 am.

When/What is the 2019 Annual Awards Gala?
  • Join the AA-ISP for our Annual Awards Ceremony (Wednesday, April 17th from 6:30pm – 10:00 pm) with a dinner and after party to follow! Dress to impress, or wear your casual attire – either way, we hope you can join us for a night of fun and dancing!
What if I purchased a General Summit Pass but would like to upgrade to Full Summit Experience?
  • You are able to upgrade to the Full Summit Experience for $260 / person. Send a note to or use our contact page here to upgrade!
What is the attire for this event?
  • Pre-Event Workshops & Conference: Business casual is a good rule of thumb. Remember a jacket or sweater as the meeting rooms can get chilly!
  • Awards Gala: Please prepare for Cocktail Attire (suits or cocktail dresses preferred, but not required). Let's have some fun!
Will there be an event app?
  • AA-ISP will release an Event App in early April which will be a vital resource during the event. You will have the ability to select your agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and more.
