Prior to the Retreat, participants will participate in pre-event surveys and planning. We will use the results to help determine topics for the Leadership Retreat. At event kickoff, we will discuss as a large group the top challenges/topics and from there will narrow down the specific topics in which we will build into the agenda.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to personalize your time at the Leadership Retreat by choosing the topics that are most pressing in your organization and your own personal leadership skill development.

If you are attending with others from your organization, we encourage you to split up into different sessions. This will allow you to leave the Retreat with additional takeaways and connections. Of course, we understand if you prefer to attend workgroups together.
