B2B Sales is traditionally male dominant, with women representing only 19 percent of sales leaders at the VP level and above (Gartner). Even in seemingly diverse sales environments, women are often met with unclear paths to leadership and a shortage of coaching and mentorship programs.
While breaking the perception of sales as an old boys’ club is no easy task–many women are coming together both within their organizations, and globally, to do just that.
