Attendees spend time together to learn and engage with like-minded professionals as a large group and small, focused workgroups, hear from special guest speakers, networking activities, and more.
The 'Top Tip Takeaway' sessions wrap up each day providing time to share the tips you've learned that you'll take back to your organization. This is a discussion you don't want to miss as you can gain additional ideas you may have missed during the event!
No need for your business attire -- think casual Saturday! The relaxed environment this Retreat provides makes it easy and gives ample time for leaders to share and network with one another. We encourage participants to take this time away from the office to share their own best practices, as well as learn from others in a no-pitch zone environment!
The agenda is curated specific to leadership/sales challenges that the sales community is currently facing. Topics discussed throughout the Retreat are decided by attendees in real-time to ensure the agenda covers the group's specific wants and needs. There are a variety of both large and small workgroups that focus on diving into these challenges and promote conversations to share solutions and best practices among your fellow peers.
Getting feedback to your specific challenge from peers facing the same challenge is priceless!
