Bryan Whittington is a leader in sales, marketing, and business execution who works with fast growth companies in technology, manufacturing, and professional services. He has both built and helped his clients to build companies from startup to publicly traded companies like Wabtec and ThermoFisher Scientific, to name a few. He has more than three decades in sales/customer service, a decade and a half as an entrepreneur, and more than a decade working with clients to help them to rapidly grown their businesses.
He is certified as a Sandler sales trainer, HubSpot partner, and is an EOS implementor. Bryan, a retired captain and decorated U.S. Air Force pilot flying missions in both Iraqi and Enduring Freedom, graduated Cum Laude from Robert Morris University, resides with his wife, six children, and dog Jasper in Pittsburgh PA. In his spare time, you can find Bryan coaching his daughter’s basketball team, reading business books, and investing in real estate.
Jeff has over 20 years of executive experience in leading sales and growth teams and running global technology organizations. He has been accountable for building and leading successful inside sales, field sales, business development, sales operations, marketing, lead generation, and customer success teams throughout the world.
Jeff is passionate about transforming, creating, and coaching growth teams to quickly scale up companies. He served in leadership roles at F500 and public and private mid-market and small companies, including Hewlett-Packard/Compaq (awarded three technology patents), Reliant Energy, Jackson Hewitt, GiftCards.com, and Roper Technologies.
Jeff holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Grove City College in Pennsylvania.
Dorene Ciletti, MBA, Ph.D., is an associate professor and chair of the marketing and sales program in the Rowland School of Business at Point Park University. Before joining Point Park, she was an assistant professor of marketing as well as founder and acting director of the Center for Leadership in Professional Sales at Duquesne University.
Dr. Ciletti’s expertise in marketing, sales, and strategy has been instrumental in developing new curricula, facilitating corporate and community-facing initiatives, and leading student teams to success in regional and national competitions. Her teaching centers on experiential learning and design thinking, including consulting with multinational, local, and not-for-profit organizations and collaboration with community and government leaders. Dr. Ciletti has organized and moderated several major conferences and has served as an ad hoc journal reviewer and author for a variety of scholarly publications. In addition to higher education, she worked in marketing and sales in the health care and financial services sectors and served on the boards of not-for-profit organizations focused on inclusion and community development.
Frank Ruggieri brings over 30 years experience helping businesses design and establish highly successful organizations. Along with deep expertise in building high-performing business development teams, Frank also has experience planning and implementing initiatives that drive market penetration and new client acquisition, to include direct sales, alternate channels, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Focusing primarily on the technology and professional services sectors, he has worked with a wide variety of companies – from fledgling start-up to Fortune 100 in both domestic and international settings. In addition to his corporate background, Frank has experience as an entrepreneur – serving as Managing Director, first for Blue Diamond Advisors (18 years) and currently, ebsGrowth.
He has held Board positions at the MIT Enterprise Forum, Pittsburgh Technology Council and Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. He is also certified in Miller-Heiman, Predictive Index, DDI programs, and experienced with Challenger and SPIN Selling.
Frank resides in Peters Township with his wife, has 3 daughters and 2 dogs. He is an active member of his Parish and has coached youth sports and sat on the Boards of the Peters Township Youth Soccer Commission and the PTHS Thespian Backers.
