Peter Schirripa has been in sales for 9 years and sales leadership for 6. While at Groupon, he went from individual contributor to sales trainer to divisional sales manager, all in the Chicago office from 2012-2015. From there he relocated to Phoenix to open the first sales office outside of HQ. Peter was accountable to scale the team from the initial 12 hires to 125+, while hiring and onboarding 15+ inside sales managers. After Groupon Peter made his way to ZipRecruiter, first coming on board as the new business director, directly overseeing a staff of 140+. In 2019 Peter moved from New Business to Existing Sales overseeing a similarly sized team. Outside of scaling successful inside sales teams, Peter volunteers at New Pathways for Youth, plays mens lacrosse, and enjoys travel and art.

Jeremy Boudinet is the Marketing Manager at Nextiva and Co-President of the AA-ISP Phoenix Chapter. He's spent 5 years serving the inside sales community as President of AA-ISP Tennessee and Director of Marketing at Ambition. Jeremy is passionate about the digital transformation of sales and customer service and killing organizational silos. His goal is to make the Phoenix Chapter of AA-ISP the Southwest's driving force for local B2B sales organizations via meetups and events that enlighten, empower, and inspire managers and their teams.

Harry has spent that last 10 years building and scaling rapid growth Inside Sales Organizations and hitting goal. He began his sales career with Yelp in 2008 as one of the first 75 Inside Sales Reps. He relocated to Scottsdale Arizona to launch a new office and helped it grow from 18 sellers to 250 sellers before moving to New York to do it all again. He has since helped grow Inside Sales Teams at ZocDoc and G/O Digital. Currently, Harry is the Director of Inside Sales for Veeam Software, where he heads the Tempe Office and West-Inside Sales. He has an MBA from ASU, loves Arizona and is proud to part of the AA-ISP Tempe/Scottsdale Chapter.

Joe Venuti

With 15 years of sales & sales management experience, Joe has a deep passion for hands-on coaching to make Inside Reps more successful.
Joe started his career in corporate security and has been a leader and individual contributor in companies like Securitas Security, By Appointment Only, and LeadCrunch. Joe learned the value of building a solid team early on in his career and prides himself on putting the needs of his Reps above all else. Through training and coaching, Joe helps his Reps focus on highlighting buyer challenges, showing value, and creating urgency.
Currently, Joe is the Sr. Director of Inside Sales at Sendoso where he was brought on to build an inside sales team in their new Scottsdale Office. That team has scaled to over 20 Reps in less than a year.
