During her 30 years of career at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Alice has held a number of different roles all connected with Customer experience, from field Account Manager to Sales and Marketing Director, Workforce Development director, Strategic Change Officer, strategy & planning director, Alliance Director and Inside Sales VP. She has demonstrated her ability to attract, motivate and develop both direct and virtual high performing teams across international borders and generations.
Alice is passionate about the power of Digital Sales to innovate and achieve superior customer experience and business performance. Since March 2018, she offers her expertise to companies willing to engage in the virtual selling journey or accelerate the impact of their existing assets through her consulting company, AL.IS Expertise.
Alice holds an Executive Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from University Paris Dauphine, PSL, France, and teaches in Master programs. She's also an Affiliated Researcher at CERM, University Paris-Dauphine Management Research Center.
Etienne Turion, a graduate of NEOMA MBA, began his career in Hong Kong. In 1991, he joined the agency Everest Marketing Group where he held various positions in international development and marketing.
In 2000, he co-founded CVOO, a professional web content provider for major market players that later merged with Everest. He quickly became Managing Director of the agency and focused on steering multichannel CRM projects.
He joined in 2008 Webhelp, The European leader in Business Process and Customer Experience outsourcer with 36 000 employees, as Director of the business unit dedicated to the B2B with clients like FedEx, Office Depot. Then in 2011, he took responsibility for the business development and market strength of Health, Webhelp Télésecrétariat and On Demand. Then he add to his scope in 2013 the business unit dedicated to Ecommerce and opened Madagascar for Webhelp.
He was involved in 2015 in the M&A operation in Italy & Prague with On Line, inside sales vendor. He integrated this acquisition and launched Webhelp Enterprise, dedicated to One stop shopping from marketing to inside sales BtoB covering EMEA with onshore and nearshore facilities like the Hub opened in Athens for HP in 2016.
He’s now CEO of ebhelp Enterprise, member of Association Progres du Management and friend of potager du Roi at Versailles
François Méro was appointed in July 2018 as GM for CPA Market and collaborative solutions. François began his career as Commercial Engineer then Regional Director at Sage. In 1995, he joined Parametric Technology Corp. District Manager before becoming Sales Director at Ross Systems. François Méro co-founded SOAMAI, a French company specializing in Legacy Modernization acquired in 2004 by ASG. In 2007, he joined the Talend start-up for which he created and managed European operations until 2010 and then headed global sales teams from San Francisco from 2011 to 2014. Before joining Cegid, François was EMEA's General Manager of Talend company.
Pascal Rivière has been appointed to his current position in June 2017. He is accountable for driving and developing HPE France Inside Sales Teams (90 sales people in Boulogne and Barcelona) covering all sales segments and channels, as well as all HPE products, solutions and services lines. This includes:
• The development of a robust new customer acquisition motion and sales focus on HPE innovations to deliver profitable growth and exceed sales goals
• The optimization of transactional business through optimal sales coverage and move to digital sales
• The management of a comprehensive environment for attracting and developing young sales talents
Pascal is member of HPE France Executive committee.
Prior to his current position, Pascal was Director of Distribution and SMB Channel. During his tenure, revenues grew by +15% in this segment in 2 years while partner loyalty increased by 15pp.
Prior to this, Pascal was leading the Sales Strategy & Operations teams for HP France, covering responsibilities such as 3 year plan, sales coverage and annual goal setting, orchestration of sales segments, Business Units and Go to Market to deliver profitable sales transformation and restructuring programs.
Pascal also gathered several experiences in European organizations since he was offered in 2002 the opportunity to lead in EMEA the Sales Operations newly created function. During his tenure, he drove the standardization of sales compensation, Quote to Cash processes and business reporting. He also launched central Bid Desk Operations in Bucharest which employed more than 400 employees 2 years after its creation. Sales productivity, customer satisfaction and economies of scale improved signficantly during this period.
Pascal started his career at HP in 1989 as a Business Analyst before managing a Credit and Sales administration organization. He has held several managing positions in Finance and Administration in the French subsidiary such as Treasurer, Controller for the French sales force before being promoted as HP France F&A Director in 1999.
Pascal joined HP after graduating from Toulouse Business School in 1987 and after spending 2 years in La Paz (Bolivia) serving in a ‘Cooperation Civil Service’. Pascal also owns a BA ‘honors’ in international finance from Notthingham University (UK) and is an Alumni from INSEAD (Fontainebleau- France) after attending the International Executive Program in 1998.
Pascal lives in Paris, is married and has 3 children. He practices outdoor activities such as windsurfing, tennis and skiing as often as possible and enjoys travelling with family and friends.
