Amyra Rand has spent the last 15 years of her career growing and scaling world class sales teams. With an emphasis in technology start-ups and leading inside sales teams, Amyra has worked in the Human Capital Management, Heathcare IT and ERP industries helping small businesses increase efficiencies and grow their businesses.
Amyra is currently the VP of Sales & Strategic partnerships at Criteria Corp, responsible for driving Criteria Corp’s sales strategies, increasing sales operational efficiencies, and accelerating market growth. Prior to joining Criteria Corp, Amyra held the VP of Sales Role at Kareo – an Irvine based company that provided medical billing software and services to independent medical practices. Prior to that she held a number of Senior Leadership roles at companies headquartered in Orange County including HireRight (a pre-employment background screening provider), and Sage Software (a leading supplier of Business Management solutions to Small and Mid-Sized Businesses).
Amyra currently serves as Vice President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, Orange County Chapter. She holds an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business, Pepperdine University, and a BA in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine.
