Jake Spear started his career in sales as an SDR at Velocify. After making connections across the sales technology community, Jake transitioned into the role of Head of Partnerships for Sales Hacker, a leading community of sales leaders much like AAISP. However his passion is in helping others grow, and now Jake manages an SDR team at SnackNation where he's been able to realize that dream. To further that dream, Jake hopes to turn the AA-ISP Los Angeles community into a thriving community where members leverage each other for advice and guidance in all aspects of sales and career development.

Nick works as an Enterprise Account Executive for Rippe & Kingston, where he helps law firms adopt cloud-based ERP solutions. He enjoys breaking down the strategy and psychology behind complex sales. When not working with customers, he serves as the Assistant Head Coach for the University of Southern California’s Wrestling Team.
