For more than 15 years Ryo Ogura has been playing an active part in the area of sales in Japan. He worked at Japanese IT company as both inside-sales and field-sales player and he managed sales support BPO services. Finally he launched Sales Lab CO., Ltd. in April 2020 and became CEO. He is passionate about globalizing Japanese sales and started AA-ISP Japanese Chapter.
Saori Hanyu started her career in Inside Sales after more than three years of salesperson experience. She had success in Inside Sales for a variety of companies, focusing on building relationships with customers. Her goal is to develop her team more and more, also to interact with other inside-sales companies.
