Kate has a passion for leadership, and supporting her community. She is a previous business owner and has had a focus on sales and customer success over the last 16 years.
As the Customer Success Lead at a local SaaS startup focused on Engineer hiring, she takes a consultative approach in working with customers to understand their hiring challenges and goals. She then takes ownership of her customer's candidate funnel, increasing the number and quality of applicants who reach the later stages of the interview process.
Her organization and leadership skills provide value to the Indianapolis Chapter of the AA-ISP, helping meet chapter goals & increase awareness of the chapter and its events. She lives in Noblesville with her husband and three daughters.
Phill Keene brings commitment to learning and development to the inside sales space. He currently leads growth efforts at TinderBox managing both demand generation and the sales development team. Keene's experience has taught him how to be a strategic resource to companies trying to reach their revenue goals and exceed quota. He brings best practices around sales productivity, growth, lead generation, and technology.
With a background in communication and consultative selling strategies, Brian Ellis brings over 15 years of international sales and process management experience to the Indianapolis Chapter of AA-ISP. An expert in both B2B and B2C markets, Brian has established and led channel partnerships, fostering long-term multi-million dollar portfolios. As a trusted professional with a proven ability to lead during challenging situations, Brian also brings a strong background in organizing and leading teams, agile management, and sales, project management, as well as sales processes and methodologies that achieve goals. His expertise is now centered on working with organizations focused on taking their sales and support teams to the next level through Lessonly's modern team learning software.
A graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, with a B.S. in Communication, Brian practices Sandler Sales processes, is a Licensed Indiana Insurance Agent, and he holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from Purdue University.

Mary brings a wealth of knowledge to this role for the AA-ISP Indianapolis Chapter with expertise in pipeline marketing, sales and operations at every business level. Today she is responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans for the prospecting function to exceed company business objectives giving her first hand insight into what it takes to build a high performing sales program laser focused on revenue growth. Mary's leadership team and internal sales teams rely on Mary for her industry knowledge, tactical insight and dedication to their success.
Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton, where she was a member of Chi Omega and was awarded first place in the Procter & Gamble Marketing Challenge.
She is an active volunteer with O’Connor House in Carmel, and resides in Fishers, Ind. with her husband.
Chandler is responsible for Business Development with CustomerCountâ„¢, a provider of online customer feedback management systems. Previously he worked as EVP- Biz Dev., at the Professional Association of Customer Engagement and this work experience coincides with the membership objectives of AA-ISP.
In his role at CustomerCountâ„¢ he’ll continue to develop the same kind of customer rapport and excellent follow up that has been critical to his success in revenue generation. He focuses on connecting the dots and finding next steps in attaining mutual business objectives between companies.

He is currently a president and co-founder of Spur Interactiv, an innovative digital marketing and ad-tech agency where he is fueled by helping companies overcome growth barriers and develop sales teams that deliver.
