Ed began his professional management career in 2001 and has since led teams from 10 to over 1,000 people with responsibilities for sales, customer support, and marketing functions. Ed has worked for service, software, and distribution companies learning the foundations of delivering a powerful customer experience while driving value and effectiveness in the sales and development channels. Ed has also helped companies as a consultant deploy efficient and effective sales and support organizations. He has participated, facilitated and chaired several executive groups centered on sales management, contact center management, and technology innovation. Ed has been a keynote speaker and guest speaker focused on sales deployments and customer management programs.
Ed helped relaunch the AA-ISP Columbus Chapter in 2015 and has served as the chapter President since. He has been recognized as a Top 25 Most Influential Sales Leader, Top 100 Sales Coaches to Watch, Chapter of the Year award winner, and Excellence in Execution award winner.
Ed has also taken an active role in both the sales and local communities by serving as a mentor for #GirlsClub as well as multiple nonprofit boards.
Christine is a motivated sales and marketing professional who started her career in a SaaS start-up company, where during a 2 year period, she was the only full-time employee and helped grow and manage over 700 clients. She has over 15 years of experience working with and selling to both the nonprofit and enterprise industries. She began her role at Vertiv, a manufacturer of IT equipment for the data center space, as a Senior Sales Development Representative and Leader of their Inside Sales Innovation Committee, but was promoted recently to Partner Marketing Manager.
When Christine is not spending time with her loving husband and two young daughters, she’s volunteering as a “Big Sister” mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister program.
Tovin McVay has enjoyed a 20 year sales career and many different industries.
Initially as a Financial Sales Consultant in the financial services industry for 10 years.
Then he transitioned to Business to Business Outside Sales, as well as a Territory Representative.
He has been in the IT space for the last 5 years selling fiber optic, software, and now data center hardware and software solutions.
Mr. McVay is currently working at Vertiv Corporation (Emerson, Liebert) in the Albér Division where he is the Global Sales Representative of UPS battery testing equipment.
Tovin is also a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned a BA in Psychology.
Kristyn began her career in 1986 with Drug Emporium in the pharmacy department. Over a period of 16 years she advanced from a pharmacy technician to the corporate office as Manager of Pharmacy Systems and Operations over-seeing a team that provided service and support to 144 stores across the country.
In 2011 she joined Guest Supply as an Inside Sales Territory Manager. During this time she has developed into a team lead and a Certified Sales Trainer.
In May 2019 she completed a 9-month training program for #GirlsClub, a program committed to changing the face of leadership worldwide by empowering more women to earn roles in management by providing job training, mentors, a spotlight and a support community.
Kristyn is currently a member of CWS (COLUMBUS WOMEN IN SALES) - “Women who support women are more successful”.
