Amanda is an accomplished sales leader with 15+ years of sales and management experience. She has lead teams for HSBC, Western & Southern Financial Group, and now Paycor. Her sales experience includes field sales and inside sales, new business and retention & growth. Her passion is in leading, coaching, and developing others to achieve exceptional results. Amanda's current role as Area Sales Vice President of the Business Development Team at Paycor gives her the opportunity to pursue that passion.

Laura has over 8 years of professional sales experience as an individual sales executive, sales leader, and manager at Western & Southern Financial Group and now Paycor. During her time with Western & Southern, she helped propel her team into the digital world through myLifeApp, an online insurance broker. At Paycor, she partnered with major market field sellers to drive the Sales Development team to achieve top results.. She was recently promoted and is currently a Regional Sales Director at Paycor where she manages the inbound sales team. Laura is passionate about learning how to be more efficient in the sales technology and digital world and enjoys leading a team to high results.
For more than 20 years, Alecia has created success for sales organizations small and large. During her tenure with Convergys (Concentrix), she led B2B call centers for clients across a variety of industries. Whether building a process, launching new inside sales teams or guiding clients from concept to success, her entrepreneurial insights and unique approach to sales operations management brought excellence. Alecia continues to refine her approach and impact the sales industry as the VP of Sales Operations & Training at PatientPoint. After launching the inside sales team, she developed a sales training curriculum for other teams across the organization. Her impact can most often be felt in workshops, side-by-side coaching, and skills transfer sessions that ensure sales teams are at their best.
Alecia received her BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Thomas More University.
