Tom has an impressive 18+ year career in Sales and Sales Leadership. His teams consistently meet or exceed quota and he’s designed a variety of sales training programs, sales processes, and cadence plans to help reps ramp up faster. Tom is a two-time AA-ISP Top 25 Most Influential Sales Leader award recipient and the current President of the Chicago chapter of AA-ISP. He’s a former US Marine and holds over 30 certifications in sales, sales management, sales training, leadership, team building, and coaching.
Chris Kosrow is a 7+ year sales professional with much of his experience coming from SaaS companies for marketing and sales teams. Chris currently works at Showpad, a sales enablement platform provider and is extremely passionate about elevating the sales profession and building a community in Chicago.
Megan's a driven, self-starter and rising talent in the Chicago sales community. After starting her career working with two non-profit organizations, she expanded from events and marketing which lead her to sales. Megan's invested in learning every day, building amazing teams and committed to breaking down barriers for women in sales. She's been featured in Kraig Thinkers video series and often participates in speaking & networking events to further her network. Megan is currently an Account Executive at Upwork where she's able to apply her creative & strategic expertise across the organization.
Tiffany McConnell is currently the Director of Marketing - Risk Services & Specialties Practices for HUB International (Chicago, IL), a top 10 insurance broker serving the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Tiffany was Director of Marketing, Business Development & HR at Service Insurance Agency (Arlington Heights, IL). There she was responsible for developing, leading and executing the marketing strategies for the company, as well as driving new business development plans and initiatives. Tiffany had worked on the Intermediary Channel Marketing Team at Calamos Investments (Naperville, IL), where she directly supported the internal and external wholesalers that provided mutual fund and investment solutions to financial advisors. She built and executed marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing goals, specializing in conferences and events, webcasts and specific product initiatives. Prior to Calamos, Tiffany was the Director of Marketing, Business Development for HUB International (Chicago, IL). A founding member of the company’s inside sales team, her role included partnering with outside sales to create value-differentiated B2B marketing campaigns to drive new business, and leading integrated marketing tactics to compliment the team’s outbound call/email efforts. Tiffany graduated from Aurora University with a B.S. in Marketing.
