Tom has an impressive 21+ year career in Sales and Sales Leadership. He has experience building GTM strategies and teams that have grown Organizations to tens of millions of dollars in recurring revenue, as well as customers from less than 200 to several thousand in under 3 years (having sold over $100+ million himself throughout his career). His teams consistently meet or exceed quota and he’s designed a variety of sales training programs, sales processes, CX, and RevOps implementations to grow people and companies faster; while retaining customers and champions longer. Tom is a three-time AA-ISP Top 25 Most Influential Sales Leader award recipient and the current President of the Chicago chapter of AA-ISP. He’s a former US Marine and holds over 30 certifications as a CRO, CCO, and in sales management, sales training, leadership, team building, coaching, and more.

Nick has been a member of the Chicago sales community for 10+ years, working roles such as Sales Development Manager for a Series B startup, Geofeedia in 2017, and an account executive at HERE Technologies from 2017-2021. Nick worked at Microsoft from 2021-2023 and is currently a Strategic Sales Manager at TomTom. Previously, he has enjoyed event planning and providing networking opportunities for Chicago professionals, and in his free time he likes to ride his bike on the lakefront path, and play volleyball and basketball.

Megan is a driven, self-starter talent in the Chicago sales community. After starting her career working with two non-profit organizations, she expanded to events and marketing which led her to sales. Megan is invested in learning every day, building amazing teams, and committed to breaking down barriers for women in sales. She's been featured in Kraig Thinkers video series, BuiltIn Chicago, Sendoso’s Women in Sales Month: 36 Sales Leaders You Should Know, Sales Hacker’s Top Female Sales Practioners, and often participates in speaking & networking. Megan is currently a Global Enterprise Account Executive at Braintrust where she applies her creative & strategic expertise across the organization.

Since 2021, Megan has been traveling the world and exploring various countries while working remotely. In 2023, Megan flew over 98,035 miles and worked in 11 countries across 4 continents. She uses her social media platform to share her travels and insights on what it is like adjusting to new cultures and the discipline of a new working style.
