My goal with AA-ISP is to accelerate the advancement of the Inside Sales profession in Brazil. The association engages in research studies, organizational benchmarking and leadership roundtables to better understand and analyze trends, challenges and key components of growth and development in the Inside Sales industry.

My mission alongside the AA-ISP is to help Brazilian companies and inside sales representatives leverage their knowledge with information and resources through published content, chapter network, national conferences, career development and an inside sales accreditation program.

I am a Marketing & Sales Professional specializing in accelerated growth projects and business transformation in a B2B, B2C or B2B2C environment. I am purpose-oriented, customer-oriented and results-oriented, always passionate about the constant challenge of building and making it happen.

In addition to being President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals in Brazil, I am also Sales Director for Europe at Midiacode.

I have a good track record in Sales, Marketing and Management in multinational companies such as Danone, Mondelez (ex-Nabisco), Proter and Gamble (ex-Gillette) and Pescanova.
