For more than 13 years, Jerome Davis has been exceeding sales expectations. He has a proven track record of growing top and bottom line revenues. He is currently Director of Retail Sales at Equity Trust, a financial services company that provides a platform for individual investors, financial professionals and institutions to invest in alternative asset classes. In 2015, under Jerome’s leadership, the Retail Sales team at Equity Trust bucked the trend of the previous few years’ flat account growth by increasing new account opens by 9 percent. In addition, the team’s marketing conversion rate doubled from 2014 to 2015.
Jerome loves the art and science of sales and has a passion for developing leaders and watching them grow as professionals. He received his MBA from University of Pittsburgh.
Jerome sits on the board of directors for Cleveland State University. In his spare time, he enjoys preparing students for higher education, playing basketball, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

My career includes nearly 14 years of professional experience. Over the past 12 years, I have worked specifically in the advertising industry directly and indirectly with small and medium sized businesses throughout the country to create brand awareness, maintain positive online reputations, and drive leads through various digital and print solutions. During that time, I have held various strategic, analytical, as well as customer-facing positions that has provided me a well-rounded background within the digital marketplace. The last four years have been strictly dedicated to sales centers, helping them develop descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics to drive change, improve quality, and increase revenues. Overall, I would say that I am a very dedicated, passionate problem solver with a strong background in data collection, analysis, executive communication and support.


Robert Coolidge

Rob has over 20 years of experience in training, sales, business development, and operations. Currently, he is the Director, Business Development & Sales at Tooling U-SME where he leads the Corporate Small Business and Government and Education sales teams and the Business Development team. Tooling U-SME works with manufacturing companies and organizations to create a plan to increase existing employee’s knowledge, as well as new employees, get up to speed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Prior to joining Tooling U-SME, he worked for leading companies like GOJO Industries, Dun & Bradstreet, and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Buffalo State College.
Rob resides in Medina, OH with his wife and 2 sons. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys watching and playing sports with his 2 boys. GO BUCKS!

Vik Mehta is Founder and Managing Principal at eMoksha Consulting, a Data Science and Analytics consulting firm. He has a passion for improving business decision-making by detecting clues, patterns, and opportunities hidden in data. He has worked with sales/marketing teams across several industries to educate and help them leverage advanced big data analytics solutions and strategies. Prior to starting eMoksha, his consulting career took him to Fortune 500 organizations, government agencies, start-ups to mid-market companies. Vik held several executive leadership roles throughout his career including at a global consulting leader, CGI. Vik holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and has earned PMP certification by Project Management Institute. Vik enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Pam has worked as a dedicated, passionate and experienced sales leader for over 15 years. She has led teams in a variety of sales arenas from direct sales, retail banking and operations and in her current position managing a hybrid inside sales team at Progressive Insurance. Pam enjoys developing her team and challenging the norms to explore new approaches to driving results. She has been active in her community by growing and establishing several organizations to promote education, involvement, and civic responsibility. She was elected to three consecutive terms as a member of the Riverside Local Schools Board of Education and served as President of the board for several years.
