Deniz is a member of the Elite Leadership Team at Toshiba Business Solutions responsible for managing the Aftermarket and Lead Gen teams out of the Rochester, NY Office. Deniz is a seasoned manager with over 13 years of experience. He is skilled in converting Customer Service Operations into Inside Sales teams achieving optimum results. Deniz is a selling manager exceeding higher than industry standard margins for himself and his team. Deniz received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from St. John Fisher College. Deniz is looking forward to helping launch the Upstate NY chapter and bringing together professionals to share best practices and network.
Jenny L. Champeau is the Global Director of Inside Sales at Carestream Health, a worldwide provider of medical and dental imaging systems and IT solutions headquartered in Rochester, New York. Prior to joining Carestream, Jenny served as Vice President of Sales at CXtec, a global provider of networking, voice equipment and data center products. She also spent more than 20 years at Unisys Corporation, where she held a number of positions including Vice President of Worldwide Inside Sales and Marketing, as well as Director of Direct Marketing Services.
She holds a master’s degree in management from Roberts Wesleyan College and a bachelor’s degree in industrial labor relations and business economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
Jenny serves on the advisory council for the master’s program in leadership at Roberts Wesleyan College and was a recent board member of Leadership Greater Syracuse as well as a graduate and prior board member of Leadership Rochester. Additional experience includes vice president of communications for the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Jenny is actively involved with several community organizations, including the YMCA. She and her husband, Steve Metzger, reside in Victor with their two children, Patrick and Kate.
Also born and raised in Rochester NY, I have been with Toshiba since 2008 after graduating from SUNY Brockport with a degree in Business Management. I started my career at Toshiba in the Business Development Group and progressed into Image Supply sales in 2009. Since then, I moved into Sales Management and now oversee a team of professional account executives and the Business Development Group. My day-to-day involves a collaborative approach in helping organizations achieve strategic cost savings and efficiency improvements in all things office management related.
Began my career as an Inside Sales Representative, from there held various positions in supervisory and management roles. Specifically B2B outbound prospecting, Inbound Lead response and took part in launching new products. Held leadership roles in support of organizational initiatives, such as creation of Inbound Lead Response team and the growth of wallet share within existing customer base in support of new products. Extensive experience in Outbound lead generation and end-to-end direct sales.
