As it relates to sales onboarding: has anyone implemented an "achieve-to-advance" or milestone-based onboarding (for example: month 1 - make your productivity metrics, conduct 10 demos, read a sales development book / month 2 - gradually increase the responsibilities)? If so, what has been your experience and/or are there any whitepapers on this style of onboarding? If not, what other ways have you found to successfully onboard new inside sales reps to maximize their success?
