How do people handle CRM ownership between AE and SDR? We have just gone from 1 SDR to 2, and currently are dividing responsibilities between MQL and SAL/ Free Trials. Our round robin goes directly to the rep as soon as they are in the latter part of the funnel. Should we just create another field in our CRM for the assigned SDR? Has anyone thought of a better way to track this?
