I am curious how the group calculates capacity #'s when looking at territory size, or more importantly, head count. I have an Outbound sales group that is focused on proactively selling, but gets some inbound calls from their customers, and could have off the phone work in terms of quotes and order entry. All of that considered, I am not sure how to attack a directionally correct capacity calculation for them.
