I am a business development rep and am wondering what the best strategies are for identifying the right person to speak with about our safety software solutions when calling into companies. Our company has a few key titles we look for, but a lot of companies do not have these functions but still might have a need. Do you just try to get someone live, give them a 30 sec commercial and ask if they know who in the company might oversee this function? I want to do a thorough follow up cadence but don't want to waste 6-10 touches on someone I'm not even sure is the right person.
