Hi Friends, I am about to hire an Inside Sales Rep into our company and will be managing that person as well. Can you please share some of the most important onboarding processes as well as any KPIs which I can measure during this "Training Phase" ? The plan is to make the person familiar with our technology and processes for the first 3 months but my VP asked for a detailed Training Plan and measurable KPIs.
