Advances in technology and computing capability have propelled new applications in our everyday life that we take for granted such as Amazon Echo, Siri, Netflix and self-driving cars. But what about in driving commercial excellence and in particular with Inside Sales? Does AI have a place here? In this session, we will demonstrate that Artificial Intelligence is real and here to stay. Furthermore, AI has the power to differentiate organizational performance and can be a strategic advantage.
During this 15-minute block we will ask attendees to share their with the full audience:
- any questions around the adoption of AI
- what they hope to get out of this day of learning
- any specific areas of AI adoption they are struggling with
In the first of three forums, a panel of practitioners will share with attendees their experiences and suggestions around the adoption and implementation of AI into their sales organization.

The world of selling is changing and no trend promises to disrupt and change the face of the sales industry more than machine learning and artificial intelligence.
